Email and reservations

If you have not received the confirmation email, please search for 'Holidoit' in your emails. Alternatively check in 'promotions' or spam, as it may have ended up there by mistake.

Following your booking, you will receive an initial booking confirmation email. Within 48 hours you will receive the details of the meeting and the contact of the structure. Rarely, the property may ask to reschedule the excursion. In that case we will contact you to move the reservation or, alternatively, cancel it with immediate refund.

You will receive the meeting address by email within approximately 48 hours of booking. It usually takes a few hours.

To understand the cost of an experience, just select the number of people, the departure time and the date on the experience page. You can also check in the section 'How do the prices work?'


Confirmation of payment is contained in the confirmation email.

If you have requested a refund, it can take up to 5-10 business days for it to appear in your account, depending on your bank. If you have any questions, please contact her directly. If you have not yet received the email with the meeting details and contact details of the guide, you will not see a withdrawal or a refund: it will be as if the transaction had never taken place, as the authorization to capture the funds will be canceled. 

At the time of booking, only a pre-authorization is made on the payment method used. Funds are only withdrawn when you receive the meeting details and contact details of the guide via email.

Cancellations and changes

Yes, you can cancel your booking from the link you find in the confirmation email. Cancellation is governed by the penalties on the page of the experience you booked or on the confirmation page in your account.

Sometimes there are cases of overbooking with the partners we work with. In these situations, you will receive an email with alternative dates or times to choose from. If you do not accept one of the alternatives, the amount will be refunded in full, with immediate effect. The funds will be immediately available in your account.

If it is not possible to carry out the experience due to bad weather, you will be contacted by the structure and you can change the date for free. Alternatively, we will issue the full refund.
